Thank you for shopping at unbnd.online. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of our customers. All SALES ARE FINAL. 

We take pride in offering high-quality, hygienically sealed products. For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

• Vibrators and massagers
• Dildos and plugs
• Lubricants and oils
• Lingerie and wearable items
• Any product that comes into direct contact with the body

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us at info@unbnd.online with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos or video of the defective item and packaging.
3. Keep all original packaging, as we may require the item to be returned.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

• A replacement of the same item
• A store credit
• A full refund

Please note: We do not refund items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
